Overview
Head of Marketing - Pharmaceuticals / Medical Devices | Strategic Marketing; Leadership; Business Development & Sales Growth. This is a full-time on-site role at Camber Laboratories Malaysia, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Role : Lead brand strategy, development and execution; collaborate with sales teams; maintain stakeholder communications to align product offerings with company objectives. Responsibilities
Strategic Management
– support the sales team with the right strategy for product promotion and counter competition in the market; translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes; develop product pricing and positioning strategies, in addition to portfolio management. Operational
– select products by identifying potential ones in the market; conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications, production timelines and launches; introduce and market new products by developing time-bound brand plans with sales, advertising and production; review product data and keep the field force updated on new developments regarding the company\'s or competitors\' products; assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and manage A&P budget effectively and sales aids in accordance with the plan; liaise with advertising agencies for product campaigns including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences; conduct CME activities and participate in round table discussions with KOL development; represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and services; scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact; prepare budgets and plans for represented brands. People
– foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within the team; conduct medical and product training for new sales force recruits; organize / support the team in various marketing initiatives; act as a point of reference for product inquiries and coordinate with Clinical Research and Regulatory to address issues. Technical Knowledge / Skills
– product management; KOL management; branding; therapy knowledge; relationship management; interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. Qualifications
– strong analytical skills and market analysis capabilities using IQVIA data; excellent communication and sales skills; experience in conducting events and meetings; ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently; healthcare industry knowledge or experience is a MUST; Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Sciences, Biotech, Pharmacy, Business and Marketing or related field; desired experience 2-5 years.
