Responsibilities
Assist QA Manager to manage QA functions in the laboratory.
Implement and maintain Quality / Food Safety Management Systems.
Handle customer / supplier audits and quality enquiries.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements i.e. Food Act 1983 and other related quality and food safety standards.
Conduct quality and testing improvement when necessary.
Provide work related training when necessary.
Requirements
Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemistry / any Science related discipline.
Training / Working experience in HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 will be an advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Willing to travel outstation or overseas when required.
At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the food industry is preferred.
Candidate with more than 5 years working experience and relevant skills can be considered for a senior position.
