Provide support for Reliability analysis, including but not limited to :

  • Environmental Stressing (Temp cycle, UHAST, HTSL, MSL)
  • Physical Analysis (CSAM, Solderability)
  • Support RAP execution

4. Incoming & Outgoing sample tracking

Job Qualification

  • Complete SPM result 5 credit result or relevant
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Must be able to work well with peers, vendors, and FSL team across multiple departments
