Job Responsibilities

  • Perform specified KYC tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Escalate complex cases when required.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
  • Experience in customer service or customer success preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle compliance tasks.
  • Willingness to work on a 24 / 7 rotational shift basis.
