Responsibilities

Converse with the model in Guaraní across a wide range of topics.

Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.

Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.

Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field is ideal.

Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work signals fit.

Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.

Compensation

Pay range : $8 to $65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
