Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone promptly, while also fostering positive relationships with clients;
- Sustaining friendly interactions during inbound calls, emails, and live chats within a dynamic contact center environment;
- Assist in educating our customers about products and alternative digital banking platforms;
- Broadening the customer base through the promotion of upselling and cross‑selling banking products and services.
Requirements :
SPM, Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in equivalent course;Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is a must; experience in Banking Industry / Financial Services / Fin‑Tech would be an extra advantage;Strong command of Mandarin and English in both verbal and written communication (COMPULSORY);Able to commit working on rotational shift to support international market;Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.#J-18808-Ljbffr
