Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit weekly / monthly internal and external reports
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, floating funds, and update records in IFCA system.
- Assist in financial and ad-hoc report preparation
- Meeting & Coordination
- Organize meetings, appointments and prepare minutes accurately and timely.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth communication.
- Service Provider & Tender Management
- Monitor service providers' schedules & performance and propose improvements
- Manage tender processes and agreements for mall services.
- Budgeting & Financial Monitoring
- Assist in planning and monitoring mall operating expenses.
- Track profit and loss to ensure budget accuracy and effective usage
- Mall Operational
- Inspect retail outlets according to Mall House Rules and ensure mall appearance meets standards.
- Enforce Mall House Rules & Regulations to all tenants, service providers and contractors.
- Enforcement of Non-Compliance to tenants and contractors whenever is required to uphold Mall House
Rules and Regulations.
Oversee servicing contractors, consumable items, waste collection by monitoring schedules, attendanceand service quality through regular inspection.
Report, follow up and monitor on mall and tenant defects with relevant departments and updates superiorand tenants pertaining on issue highlighted.
Key Accountabilities
Plan, execute and coordinate daily operations of housekeeping and regular maintenance upkeep to ensure good mall presentation within the budgeted operational expensesEducation Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Property, Real EstateManagement, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or equivalent fields.
Relevant Experience
At least 3 years of working experience in mall operations or similar.
Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours
A team player, meticulous and customer-oriented with good management, organizational andinterpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with multiple tenant requirements.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
