Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and call in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance to customers.Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.Document customer interactions and update records in the system.Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets and service level agreements.Maintain a positive and customer‑first attitude at all times.Seniority Level
