Senior Software Engineer - Integrations

Responsibilities

• Integration design & development : Architect, build, and maintain robust integrations between our platform and external systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, and other CRM / CS tools). Ensure scalability, reliability, and security within our AWS environment.
• Workflow orchestration : Leverage Camunda to model, automate, and optimize complex business processes that span multiple platforms, ensuring integrations align with business workflows.
• API engineering : Design and implement well-structured APIs and services that enable seamless data exchange across platforms, following best practices in versioning, authentication, and error handling.
• Collaboration : Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business workflows into technical solutions that improve customer and internal team experiences.
• Observability & reliability : Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for integrations. Investigate incidents, resolve root causes, and proactively harden systems against recurrence.
• Continuous improvement : Stay ahead of evolving integration patterns, CRM ecosystem capabilities, orchestration frameworks, and industry best practices to ensure our integration platform remains modern and competitive.
