Role Overview

You’ll handle documentation, follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination of

customer onboarding and training — ensuring that every project and partnership

runs efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow

into a sales or operations leadership position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and sales team.
• Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training.
• Organise onboarding and training programs for customers, dealers, and strategic partners.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Compile and present weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure client materials and presentations are up to date.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media professionally.
• Support in organizing sales presentations, events, and property showcases.
• Track project progress and follow up with clients for post-sales support.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination between internal departments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.

Team player with a service-driven mindset.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Education & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications (or related fields).

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination are encouraged to apply.

Basic salary : RM2,800 – RM4,000, depending on experience.

Performance allowance and incentive bonuses.

Training on 7Link Property Tech Platform, CRM, and digital tools.
