Responsibilities :

• Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedure.
• Communicate with Suppliers / Shipping Companies / Customers / Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries.
• Collection / Checking / Dispatching of information and documents, following up shipments closely and updating related parties in a timely manner.
• Be responsive and report problems to line manager timely.
