Payroll Specialist – Invisible Expert Marketplace

Overview

Join a dynamic team supporting AI‑driven technology in the financial services industry, helping clients manage and optimize their retirement plans.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate payroll system setup to ensure frictionless onboarding and ongoing plan administration.
  • Reference existing payroll documentation.
  • Ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
  • Accelerate client onboarding through successful completion of project tasks.

Requirements

  • Keen attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in operations or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with collaboration, project‑management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira / Confluence.

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Quick learner.
  • Proactive in seeking understanding by frequently asking questions.

    • Hours

    40 hours per week  9‑5 pm US‑ET

    Compensation

  • Type : Hourly
  • Rate : $5 / hour
