About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Contractor to join our global TA team on a 6-month assignment. This role will focus on strategic overseas hiring , with a strong emphasis on EMEA and Asia markets , driving talent pipelines across critical business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for regional and global roles, with a focus on EMEA and Asia.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent.
• Build and manage strong pipelines in crypto, fintech, technology, and other digital-first industries .
• Drive sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision-making.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience across diverse geographies.
