Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 5 years of proven project management experience, ideally in the Information & Communication Technology industry Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver high-quality results Relevant degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at RAHA BINA SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading complex projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or risks that arise
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance project delivery
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members
