Hands‑on experience with COBIT 5 / COBIT 2019 or similar governance frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. CISA, CRISC, or CISM certification is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or Workday is a plus.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the governance and controls champion for enterprise systems (Finance, HR, CRM).
- Design and implement IT internal controls and documentation in line with Grab’s policies.
- Support SOX compliance and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Identify gaps in IT processes and recommend improvements to strengthen governance.
- Perform risk assessments and support thematic reviews of IT processes.
- Promote IT risk awareness and conduct refresher training across teams.
- Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to ensure control consistency across Grab.
