The Role

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team You'll be the face of our brand — helping customers, managing the sales floor, and creating a great shopping experience.

  • Actively drive store sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending the right products
  • Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and suggesting add-ons
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products, promotions, and current offers to confidently advise customers
  • Assist customers throughout the purchase journey — from product selection to checkout
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of transactions at the point-of-sale (POS)
  • Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Monitor sales floor performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales area to maximize sales potential
  • Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns effectively
  • Replenish stock, arrange product displays, and maintain proper merchandising standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience :

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and POS skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in multiple languages : Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
