What you will do

Deliver data analytics and monitoring capabilities for infrastructure and applications. Evaluate and implement new data analytics / monitoring solutions and provide third-level day-to-day operation support. Investigate and resolve incidents not resolved at lower support levels. Collaborate with other IT support teams and specialists for troubleshooting. Communicate with vendors regarding firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other issues related to our technologies.

Be the superhero for issues related to infrastructure and application performance within the DHL Group environment. Lead changes to production and test environments in all IT Services data centers and premises to ensure global availability of key DHL Group services. Support data analytics and monitoring technologies associated with servers, containers, and databases.

Requirements / Qualifications

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, a Splunk Certified Enterprise Admin or Developer credential is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of OpenShift and operating systems such as Linux / Windows, or experience as a software developer, will be integral to this role. You are a Data Analytics aficionado with a solid understanding of analytical tools and languages like Python or other ML toolkits. You can work independently, prioritize, and manage tasks under time and workload pressure. In a multinational environment, you will collaborate cross-region with teams around the globe, so advanced spoken and written English is useful.

Additional strengths include the ability to work across teams, strong communication with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
