Overview

This job is all about orchestrating amazing events. You’ll manage everything from client meetings to the event’s cleanup. You might like this job because you get to be the creative force that makes special days unforgettable.

As an Event Planner & sales executive , your job is to ensure everything about an event runs smoothly, from the first client meeting to final cleanup, acting as the director behind the scenes to guarantee a flawless event for weddings, corporate events, or private parties.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for weddings and events.
  • Conduct venue tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Lantera Venue.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing detailed itineraries and timelines for events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all details meet client expectations.
  • Present and promote wedding and event packages to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, working towards commission-based targets.
  • Seal deals and foster lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide creative ideas and solutions to enhance the wedding experience.
  • Customize packages to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Present a professional image and dress appropriately for client meetings and events.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about the venue, packages, and services.
  • Stay updated on trends and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution process.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies during events with professionalism and composure.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event planning (experience in the wedding industry is a plus).

  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and persuasive.
  • Passion for sales – you live for the thrill of closing deals.
  • Experience in sales or events (wedding industry is a plus!).
  • Own transport and valid driving license.
