Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Hands-on experience in IT engineering and system support. Exposure to real-world IT challenges and solutions. Mentorship from experienced professionals. Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated IT Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and troubleshooting, providing valuable insights into the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Support network and system administration tasks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Help ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed.
- Work closely with the IT team to provide technical support to employees.
- Assist in documenting IT processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in projects related to system upgrades, automation, and cloud technologies.
