Overview
Support the SMT / HOD in driving e-commerce growth for health screening services via SEM, SEO, display ads, and website updates. Coordinate monthly campaign promotions to boost awareness, leads, and online bookings. Plan and work with the Social Media Team on campaign-related content to increase visibility. Assist in managing digital marketing efforts and e-commerce platforms to improve sales and conversions. Run and monitor ads (e.g. Facebook Ads, KOLs, media partners) to support revenue targets. Work with healthcare teams, designers, and marketing to prepare campaign materials. Track and report key KPIs such as revenue growth, campaign sales, and cost-per-lead / acquisition. Ensure proper governance of digital assets and data protection. Stay updated on e-commerce, digital marketing, and healthcare trends.
