Penerangan pekerjaanBe part of an AI & Automation leader in Malaysia Work with diverse clients on high-impact digital transformation projects Drive real change using cutting-edge Microsoft and AI technologies Grow your consulting career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment Business Application Development : Design and build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 tools. Client-Facing Delivery : Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, present solutions, conduct user training, and provide post-deployment support. Project Ownership : Take ownership of project tasks — from analysis and development to documentation and implementation — ensuring adherence to timelines and methodologies. Migration Work : Use tools and scripts to support content / data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms. Documentation : Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and progress reports throughout project lifecycles. Training & Enablement : Conduct hands-on sessions and onboarding workshops to train customers on developed applications and platforms. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in backend or full-stack development, preferably in a consulting or delivery environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure services. Excellent written and spoken English communication. Confident in presenting, training, and liaising with clients. Strong documentation and project coordination abilities. Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A team player who is proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented. Passionate about building practical, scalable business solutions.
