Head of Ad Operations | AdTech Platform | Asia Expansion
Our client is a fast-growing AdTech platform founded in Asia, now scaling rapidly across key markets in the region. They combine technology, data, and creativity to help brands drive measurable performance and deliver impactful digital campaigns.
What you’ll do :
- Lead and manage regional ad operations, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet performance goals
- Develop and implement scalable operational workflows across programmatic, display, and video channels
- Partner closely with product, data, and commercial teams to improve campaign efficiency and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and tech partners to enhance service quality
- Mentor and grow a team of ad ops professionals across Asia
What you’ll bring :
8–12 years’ experience in digital media or ad operations, ideally within adtech or programmatic environmentsDeep knowledge of campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization across DSPs, SSPs, and ad serversProven leadership ability and experience managing multi-market teamsStrong analytical mindset and comfort working with data-driven performance metricsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsOpportunity to shape the operations blueprint of an Asian-born adtech platform going globalInnovative, data-first environment where new ideas drive real impactRegional leadership role with the autonomy to build and scale teamsSound interesting?
