Job Description

Sales Control AI is hiring Backend Developers (Golang) .

Our Mission : Bring enterprise-grade AI automation and insights to small and medium business owners, making it affordable and easy to use.

We offer a SaaS CRM focused on the WhatsApp channel, with plans to become omnichannel. Our platform helps businesses :

Schedule messages easily.
Use AI agents for replies.
Gain insights and streamline their sales process.

Role : Backend Developer (Golang)

Fees : RM8,000 to RM16,000 / month (task-based)

What you’ll do :

API Development :

Design and develop REST APIs to power CRM features.

Build and maintain backend services using Golang , Gin , and Gorm .

Work with the team to develop new CRM features and maintain existing ones.

Contribute to an event-driven architecture .

Database Management :

Utilize Postgres for effective database management.

Testing & Deployment :

Follow best practices for testing and deployment using GitLab .

Experience with serverless architectures is welcome but not required.

Collaborate with the CTO, co-founder, and frontend developers.

Job Requirements

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of backend development, especially with Golang .

SaaS or CRM development experience is a plus .

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of REST APIs .

Proficiency with Postgres database.

Familiarity with backend frameworks like Gin and Gorm .

Experience with event-driven architectures .

Knowledge of AI tools , such as OpenAI API (bonus).

AWS experience is a plus.

Soft Skills :

Ability to collaborate in Agile and Kanban environments.

Right to Work Requirements

Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred.

Local citizens of this country.

Candidates who already have a work permit for this country.
