Job Responsibilities
Prepare full set of accounts and ensure accurate, up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, journal postings, and account reconciliations.
Assist in the analysis and reporting of financial results to support management decision‑making.
Coordinate with tax agents on the submission of direct and indirect tax filings, including the preparation of supporting documents.
Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to support audit requirements.
Handle e‑invoice tasks, including monthly reconciliation and submission to LHDN in compliance with current regulations.
Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments promptly and accurately.
Support treasury operations, including fund transfers, loan drawdowns and repayments, and the opening of bank accounts.
Contribute to various ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any equivalent.
1‑2 years of relevant finance role preferably with supervisory experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Good fundamentals in accounting, taxation, and finance.
High attention to detail, strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
