We're now seeking a proactive Senior Physiotherapist to lead our department and shape the future of physical therapy services within our nursing home.
Your Role
As Senior Physiotherapist, you'll be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You'll play a key role in strategic planning, service development, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the physiotherapy team across inpatient and outpatient services
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
- Monitor and improve service quality, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to budgeting, resource allocation, and departmental planning
What We're Looking For
Bachelor or Master's Degree in PhysiotherapyMinimum 5 years of clinical experience (with a focus on rehabilitation in stroke, post-surgical and cardiac care will be an added advantage)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPassion for mentoring and developing othersCommitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvementExperience in leadership role is an advantageWhat We Offer
