Senior Well Intervention & Completion Engineer

Description

Lead and optimize well intervention and completion operations across shallow and deep‑water environments, ensuring productivity, safety, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Monitor and enhance well intervention performance in both shallow and deep‑water environments.
Lead department‑level performance monitoring, including the development and management of tracking systems and performance databases.
Provide functional support in identifying and assessing risks associated with wells and well operations.
Optimize and improve current intervention and workover well operating practices to boost productivity, reduce mechanical issues, and ensure safety standards are met.
Deliver technical support to project teams on matters related to well completion, workover, and well intervention activities.
Apply practical experience in well control and various well intervention conveyance methods to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Degree or Diploma in engineering or equivalent.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in well control, shallow and deep water intervention performance improvement and enhancement monitoring and tracking.

Experience leading department performance monitoring and demonstration of capability to develop monitoring tracking and database systems.

Practice experience and knowledge in well control associated with various well intervention conveyance methods.

Proficiency in assessing risk associated with well work operations.

Detail‑oriented and capable of driving improvement and optimization of current intervention / workover well operating practices to maintain or increase productivity, minimize mechanical problems, and ensure safety.

Technical support to project teams on well completion, workover and well intervention related matters.
