About the role

ASTUDE BUSINESS SOLUTION' is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Taman Johor Jaya. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and bookkeeping.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts on a regular basis
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other financial documents as required
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Collaborating with the accounting and tax teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations, standards, and best practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar account executive or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiar with any of the following softwares : Million, SQL and Auto Count accounting system.
  • A relevant accounting or finance qualification, such as a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

    • Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
  • Have EPF, SOCSO, EIS
