Provide assistance / information in calculations, design, and drawings for new equipment and process improvement to the stakeholder
Respond / Manage / Coordinate and Generate Quick Action / mitigation plan for any equipment break down based on the defined threshold
Propose the short / long term action plan base on the Equipment Vulnerability Assessment
Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out
Issuance of Permits-to-Work and reviewing JSA-MOS
Collaborate with Method Engineer on analyzing performance data and propose preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and operation
Assist and collaborate with Method Engineer in periodic reviewing critical / important spare parts based on the list of vital and important equipment assessment and mitigation plan
Collaborate with Method Engineer in Problem Solving analysis to eliminate the root causes
Propose and implement the maintenance investment and projects based on experience during the troubleshooting process
Lead on behalf of Maintenance in Contract Review / MOC for any modification / improvement
Coordinate and Supervise contractors in execution of task and ensure the equipment are properly maintain with satisfactory operation condition
Update and review the schematic / circuitry drawings for any changes.
Propose and identify required training for sustaining the maintenance operation
Generating routine reporting
Audit preparation and support
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and HSE standards
Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental policies, Energy policies procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative and others
Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements :
Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or technically related engineering field,
Minimum 5 years work experience as Maintenance / Equipment Engineer,
Preferable working in Heavy Industry,
Ability to understand Plant P&ID, PFD or Electrical / Electronic circuitry,
Ability to use ERP(CMMS) and Desktop application,
Knowledge about Maintenance KPI (MTBF, MTTR, OEE…etc),
Project management / Troubleshooting ability and application of problem solving tools,
Know-how about the Machine's Command and Control system such as PLC, Variable Speed Control systems and others signal related control system
Knowledgeable about failure analysis and application of quality management Tools such as FMEA, RCA, DMAIC, ,
Experience of dealing with external audit and local authorities,
Experience and able to utilize CAD, SAP and MS Office.
Able to work hot and noisy environment
Handling of contractors and local authorities if required
Good stress management
