Overview
Job Summary : This role is to support MI-Revenue and Reward and Redemption Engine application. Responsibilities include keeping the application healthy such as system monitoring, responding to business queries, reviewing system documentation, supporting project releases, production break and fix, performance tuning, compliance with code of conduct and policies, managing audit and risk items, and preparing / reviewing documentation (OLA, SLA, ASRM, DR Plan, etc.).
Responsibilities
Strategy - This role is to support MI-Revenue and Reward and Redemption Engine application. Responsibilities include keeping the application healthy such as :
- System monitoring; e.g., system health check, capacity monitoring
- Check on business queries, which could come from customer complaints or users
- Conduct reviews on system documentation such as DR plan, capacity plan, etc.
- Support project releases. This includes review of implementation plans, providing feedback or reviews from stability angle, hygiene factors, and executing the implementation plan as agreed
- Production break & fix
- Performance tuning and improving supportability or sustainability of the system
- Comply with code of conduct and organizational policy
- Manage audit and risk-related items for the application supported
- Prepare and review documentation such as OLA, SLA, ASRM, DR Plan, etc.
Business - Understand business function. Review and process business requests. Troubleshoot and apply fixes to issues reported by business. Support project releases or interfacing application releases.
Processes - Adhere to incident, problem, change management processes. Follow other processes in the organization as well.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in production supports in a professional corporate environmentAt least a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Information Technology & related fieldsAbility to work across domains, partner and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity and organizational complexityProven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation initiativesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder communityAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsStrong ability to analyze and understand project / program financials and other data to synthesize observations / recommendations for managementStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilityStrong sense of personal ownership and willingness to roll up sleeves to drive successContinuous learning mindsetUnderstanding of Strategy covering key operating domainsExcellent prioritization, organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability in problem resolutionTeam player, fast learner, self-initiator and reliableIBM tools (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and mainframe development related tools) knowledge is an added advantageQualifications
