Purpose Statement : This role involves a hybrid of clerical and technical work, ensuring the smooth implementation of changes and deviations in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include tracking and executing these changes, assisting with product containment, problem solving, and cost estimation, and providing support to the process engineering team to meet departmental and customer needs.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Execute manufacturing solutions and provide high-quality, cost-effective services that meet customer requirements, applying process improvements or troubleshooting as needed.
- Use appropriate tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, processes, or production relevant to the role.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of how they support Plexus manufacturing processes and product specifications.
- Perform responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and support production line operators.
- Have a basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation as it applies to the role.
Education / Experience Qualifications
High School diploma required; an Associate’s degree preferred.One or more years of related experience preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Other Qualifications
