The Project Manager and AI Integration Specialist role involves leading project management activities, fostering team collaboration, and driving AI-based innovations to enhance organizational efficiency and technological growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and information technology, with a passion for integrating AI technologies into business operations.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain essential project management artifacts, including but not limited to project charters, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt charts, risk registers, communication channels and project management plans.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including minutes of meetings, status reports and product backlogs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to gather project requirements, user stories, address concerns, and ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members by organizing and leading collaborative work sessions, brainstorming activities and knowledge sharing activities.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of deliverables.
- Take on project management responsibilities for applicable projects as part of career development activities.
- Continuously explore and adopt innovative tools and project management methodologies to optimize task efficiency and organization, ensuring proactive improvement of project execution processes.
- Translate business cases, project management plans and project status updates into visually engaging and well-written presentation decks.
- Deliver presentations showcasing project updates, findings and recommendations.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to foster collaborative team dynamics and a positive team environment.
- Support project deployment leads and team members in other project-related tasks and activities.
- Develop strategic plans for integrating AI technologies into business operations.
- Develop, train and maintain AI models leveraging the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize MRANTI’s existing digital architecture.
- Design, develop and integrate AI solutions for upcoming Technology Division's flagship projects.
- Analyze and identify business challenges in collaboration with stakeholders and users to develop AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to design and implement effective data strategies that support model training and evaluation.
- Stay abreast of AI research by actively participating in conferences and workshops, introducing innovative ideas and techniques to the team.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability in production and minimize issues such as hallucinations and AI bias.
- Provide comprehensive documentation for all implemented AI solutions.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing expertise on coding standards and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new AI tools and processes.
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information TechnologyAt least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in a middle management role specializing in Information Technology or equivalentStrong communication skills in English and Malay (spoken and written)Solid experience in project management methodologies and AI technologiesDemonstrated ability to lead projects and implement AI-driven innovations effectivelySeniority level
