We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join our growing team! This role combines general office administration with basic accounting support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, document management, preparing and filling out forms, assisting with registrations, and collecting necessary documents from relevant authorities / organizations.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoice processing, monitor incoming payments against invoices, petty cash handling, expense tracking, monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure accurate records and timely follow-up, and bookkeeping.
- Support procurement activities such as sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining inventory records.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain proper records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
SPM holder with relevant experience, OR Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, with basic accounting knowledge.Minimum 1 year working experience in administration, procurement, or basic accounting.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Hybrid work : 1 day Work From HomeTravel Allowance will be providedSend your resume to with the subject line : “Admin cum Accounts Assistant”
