Job title : Finance and Administration Executive

We are looking for a Finance and Admin Executive with 2 to 5 years of working experience to assist the Finance Manager on all account and finance related matters.

Responsibilities include tracking and managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting : Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Accounting : Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Accounting : Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Accounting : Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Accounting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Finance : Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Finance : Monitor financial transactions and reports.
• Finance : Conduct financial analysis to support business planning.
• Finance : Support in forecasting and variance analysis.
• Administration : Assist Finance and Admin Manager on all office related matters.
