Lead, Corporate Communications (Marketing)

The role holder is responsible to lead the overall communications and ensure alignment with company’s brand guidelines .

  • Lead and manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Perform final proofreading and quality checks on all articles, press releases, and official communications prior to public dissemination.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, ensuring proactive and positive engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media and external stakeholders seeking official comments, statements, or information.
  • Facilitate media opportunities for company spokespersons, ensuring effective representation and visibility.
  • Develop and refine scripts, speeches, and talking points for the senior leaders.
  • Prepare senior leaders for public engagements, including pre-event briefings and coordination of attire and presentation materials.
  • Lead the company’s communication strategy during crises, ensuring timely, transparent, and effective messaging.
  • Track and analyze public news and commentary related to the company across mainstream media channels, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for all corporate awards and recognitions, from nomination to submission and follow-up.
  • Oversee all internal and external surveys involving the company.

We are looking for people who

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media engagement.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate reputation, media relations, and crisis communication.
  • Experience working with senior executives and preparing high-level communication materials.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (and other relevant languages, if applicable).
  • Strong editorial skills with attention to detail and consistency in messaging.
  • Confident and articulate, with strong presentation skills.
  • Passionate about storytelling and brand building.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
