Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Projects
Responsible for leading and managing end‑to‑end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with PMO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage IT infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle - from initiation to closure, including overall project coordination, deliverables, tracking, and status reporting.
- Coordinate and work closely with internal technical teams (server, network, security, etc.), application, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, risks, change requests, and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Conduct regular status meetings, update management on progress, and address potential roadblocks proactively.
- Ensure project compliance with internal PMO governance and documentation standards.
- Deploy user experience based on best practices without compromising the security.
- Work with vendor to plan, develop, and implement business requirements, FSD, UAT, training, rollout, and ongoing testing.
- Manage post‑implementation reviews and ensure successful handover to BAU operations / support teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Professional certification in project management (eg. PMP) is required.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure projects (e.g. server / network upgrades, system migrations, hardware deployments).Proven track record in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder infrastructure projects.Familiarity with ITIL, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise IT environments.Experience with projects in multiple technology domains and functions, primarily around banking / credit card / ATM technical areas.Strong interpersonal & collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skillsStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure domains (servers, networking, storage, security, data centers, cloud, etc.).Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.Seniority Level
