Join in and feel the difference. *Job Description* * Responsible for cost center planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting for overhead; * Identifying and analyzing risk in business area and provide improvement solution; * Responsible for project system budgeting and control; * Verifying purchase requisition and control the spending of the company; * Ensuring period end closing is completed timely; * Managing and calculating development projects costs; * Support monthly overhead controlling and review meeting; * Preparing and submitting monthly reporting for the business; * Preparing business plan and ensuring current forecast is updated timely; * Preparing debit / credit notes to ME / XC and other business units; and * Key user for overhead controlling and in charge of cost center maintenance. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in overhead cost planning, budgeting, and controlling. * Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA, particularly in Costing and Controlling modules. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong command of English, both written and spoken. *Additional Information* * Leave Entitlement e.g : Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc * Company Insurances and etc
