Position: PowerApps Developer

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Work from office)

Experience: 3 - 5 years with a minimum of 1 year in PowerApps/Power Automate development (2 open roles)

We are seeking a dynamic PowerApps Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate. You will be responsible for developing custom applications, automating workflows, and ensuring that all solutions are scalable and efficient.

As a key member of the development team, you will collaborate with other developers, project managers, and business units to drive innovation and provide impactful, low-code solutions that help streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create custom applications using PowerApps to meet business requirements. Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes.
• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PowerApps solutions.
• Integration: Integrate PowerApps with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party APIs) to create seamless and efficient workflows.
• Testing & Deployment: Ensure all applications and workflows are tested thoroughly and deployed effectively within the enterprise environment.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with PowerApps applications and workflows. Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Documentation: Document all development processes, configurations, and system integrations to ensure proper knowledge transfer and maintainability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to ensure optimal solutions and user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, and data sources (e.g., Excel, Dynamics 365).
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with integrating PowerApps with external data sources (e.g., APIs, Dataverse).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, detail, and process improvements.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) are a plus.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Knowledge of development best practices and experience in Agile environments.
