Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering. 3+ years hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of UPS systems, PDUs, or electrical distribution systems. Familiarity with major UPS brands is a strong advantage. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards (e.g., IEC, local electrical codes). Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork at customer locations. Good problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission UPS systems, PDUs, Busway, and associated electrical systems at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system faults to ensure uptime and performance.
- Support service calls and emergency interventions for power system failures or alarms.
- Assist project teams during implementation, ensuring all electrical work aligns with design and compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and customer feedback.
- Provide training and handover support to customers post-installation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and technical support.
