Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Partnership Manager to join our team and lead our B2C marketing efforts. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong relationship management, and a solid grasp of consumer trends.

You'll play a key role in shaping the brand's visibility, building impactful partnerships, driving consumer engagement, and managing events that connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaigns

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.

Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or initiatives.

Partnership Development & Management

Identify, negotiate, and build strategic partnerships to expand brand presence and generate mutual value.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and alignment.
  • Lead co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives with partners.

    Event Management

    Plan and manage B2C marketing events, activations, and sponsorships to boost brand engagement.

  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and post-event performance reporting.

    Account & Stakeholder Management

    Serve as the main point of contact for partners and key marketing stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including Sales, Product, and SO.
  • Ensure all partner and campaign deliverables are met on time and within scope.

    Market & Consumer Insights

    Monitor industry and consumer trends to identify new opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
  • Evaluate ROI of marketing and partnership initiatives.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 8-10 years experience in marketing and strategic partnerships, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent account management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in planning and executing events or brand activations is a strong plus.
  • A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset.
