Implement marketing and promotional plans, coordinate product communication activities and conduct / compile research and marketing information for reporting purposes.

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Implement marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Support the development of annual marketing budget to align to clients’ needs and marketing plans. Track and document marketing expenditures and highlight deviations from budget.
• Conduct market research and compile information on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, etc. Perform basic analysis for decision making purpose.
• Implement advertising and promotional plans according to agreed objectives to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities.
• Coordinate and organize product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products / services.
• Compile marketing information / updates and market research data / analysis as inputs to management report preparation.
• Support business planning with internal / external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business priorities.
• Work closely with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Education

Degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or a related discipline.
