Overview

Associate Professor, Business Law and Taxation. The role contributes to teaching Income Tax Law and Business Law and Taxation-related units at undergraduate and graduate levels, and conducts competitive industry-focused research. The appointee should have experience in teaching and leading Business Law and Taxation-related modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The appointee with industry experience and network is greatly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Teach Income Tax Law and Business Law and Taxation-related units at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Conduct competitive industry-focused research.
• Contribute to activities of the organisational unit or interdisciplinary area and engage in service, scholarship, and professional activities as appropriate for the role.
