Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Shah Alam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, attending meetings with potential clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop effective Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
