Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and minor maintenance as required.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Report machine issues, defects, or deviations to supervisors.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Comply with company safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

Basic knowledge of press brake machine operations and metal fabrication.

Good understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, protractors).

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness.

Physically fit to handle materials and operate machines.

Willing to work overtime and in shifts when required.

Experience

At least 1–2 years of experience in bending, press brake operation, or sheet metal fabrication.

Fresh graduates or candidates with technical training in fabrication are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
