Overview

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales operations function for the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG) within the Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). You will be accountable for driving sales incentive planning, operational efficiency, optimizing sales processes, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and sales incentive initiatives.
  • Lead the deployment, execution, and governance of sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Support and assist sales in managing and developing their opportunity pipeline in line with company SFDC guidelines (pipeline hygiene KPI).

Key Experience & Capabilities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good business acumen with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • Proficient in PowerBI; experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in the industrial automation industry; ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
