We specialize in talent acquisition and product localization for Asian markets. We collaborate with both local and international brands, helping them expand, adapt, and succeed across the region.

We are currently seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead the launch of our affiliate operations in Malaysia. This is an opportunity to join the project at an early stage and help establish a strong affiliate network, building long‑term partnerships with influencers, content creators, and marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and develop the affiliate program in the Malaysian market.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates, influencers, YouTubers, and digital marketing partners.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships through regular communication and support.
  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Support affiliates with marketing guidance and traffic optimization strategies.
  • Participate in the development of marketing strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence in the region.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or influencer management is an advantage.
  • Confident user of office software and remote work tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, communication platforms, etc.).
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken (all business communication is conducted in English).
  • Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and motivation for professional growth.
