Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan activities to ensure product / services are delivered by the RFS date.
• Set the Ready for Service (RFS) date, as agreed upon by the customer.
• Provide status updates of project progression to the customer from time to time.
• Provide satisfactory customer service through communication or keeping customers well informed of the work in progress to foster loyalty and retention.
• Ensure all work is delivered with precision.
• Perform testing on products when required.
• Work and liaise with co-workers, customers and vendors to solve problems and surface challenges timely to management for action / support.
• Establish good relationships with operators and service providers to ensure a high degree of support and reliable delivery.
• Coordinate with the customer to ensure customer responsibilities (hardware, equipment, local infrastructure, cross connection, internal wiring at customer site, and others) are ready and prepared.
• Verify customer deliverables and acknowledge a new or upgraded service based on the service ordered; ensure timely closure of all assigned tasks accurately.
• Coordinate equipment delivery with customers and third-party vendors.
• Upon project completion, file all relevant information / documents and details for future reference.
• Reschedule appointments (failed appointment or early slot).
• Be available to support business-urgent activities (after office hours, weekends, public holidays) as required by the business.
