Senior Executive- Marketing

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, event management or any relevant field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare proposals, reports and presentations. Creative, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events or promotions. Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare event recaps and monthly reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage. Location : HQ office at Semantan, KL Work hours : Flexi Work hours between 8am‑6pm Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level Employment type : Full‑time Job function : Marketing and Sales Industries : Food & Beverages
Responsibilities
- Develop proposals, plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events that drive traffic, brand awareness, and conversion.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and event recap summaries to evaluate effectiveness, measure ROI, and provide insights for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, local and interstate media, and key partners to ensure effective collaboration, coverage, and event support.
- Coordinate and follow up on press releases, marketing activities, and media requests to ensure timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Plan, organize, and execute mall activities, promotional events, and new store openings, including developing a monthly in‑store activation calendar.
- Support the Marketing Department in all related tasks, including store set‑up, visual displays, event management, media coordination, and public relations.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the company to support overall marketing and business objectives.
