Penerangan pekerjaanTo assist the pharmacists in the outlet. To process sales transactions for medications, supplements, and other pharmaceutical supplies. Arrange inventory for medications and pharmaceutical supplies. Process sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies. Attend to customers' inquiries and provide customer service to meet customer expectations. Assist in prescription & consultation under supervision (PCA) Able to identify right medication according to condition under supervision (PCA) Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times. Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- SPM / STPM / Diploma
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language English / Bahasa Malaysia (Third language will be an added advantage)
- Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
- Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Full-time and part time positions available.
- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.
- Have own transport / willing to travel by MRT
Job Responsibilities
