Creative Producer

About the Role

Location: REV Media Group (REV Sponsored) Employment Type: [Full-time/Contract]

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join the REV Sponsored team at REV Media Group, driving the creation and execution of high-impact sponsored content across our brands. You’ll oversee the creative process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring every campaign meets timelines, budgets, and creative excellence.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in creative or video production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Familiar with social media platforms and trends.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is a plus.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience with photography or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI tools or creative automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, Midjourney, Suno, etc.)
• Experience using project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce creative video and visual content for sponsored campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, from pre-production to post.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and develop ideas that align with client and brand goals.
• Coordinate shoots, including talent, locations, and equipment.
• Supervise editing and ensure final output meets brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and AI innovations in creative production.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on time and on brand.
