Valuation - Junior / Senior Executive (based in JB)

Key Accountabilities :

Conduct valuation and prepare valuation report of properties;
Perform thorough inspection of the properties to be valued;
Ensure that the properties inspected are in compliance with the relevant guidelines and not breach of law; to conduct relevant enquiries with the relevant government bodies / authorities;
Assessment of market value with the supporting of market transactions and other relevant information;
Maintain good customer service with business partners i.e. banks and corporate clients;
Assist to guide the junior executive when it is required;
Keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including construction industry and competitors; and
To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Superior / Directors of the Company

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, professional degree in Valuation / Property Management / Real Estate or equivalent;

Proficient in MS Office;

Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently;

Strong organizational, time-management abilities & positive attitude;

Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferable between 1 - 3 years working experience within the same industry and possess general market knowledge in Johor Bahru;

Applicants must be willing to work in Menara JLand, Ibrahim International Business District, Johor Bahru.
